This was even the same in my day!
WHAT?!? No mention on hitting the bumps? And we had Brian Hartman’s mom so no penthouse.
Brian Hartman’s mom was in penthouse?
You had made it when you could sit in the back of the bus. Unless you lived in my school district where the bus went to the elementary/middle school first before comming down the the high school. Snot nosed punks.
Too bad my mom drove me so I never went through this process (and since I lived too close to the schools anyway, I had to walk).
The seating arrangement mirrors what it was in the classes I went to anyway, I was usually in the middle rather than the front but the back row guys still picked on me.
It seems that’s always the way.
Dear lord that face…
i didn’t ride the bus till highschool. by that time reading those kinds of mags wouldn’t have been special.
All true 🙂
It’s like you’re telling my life, man! Spooky.
We had much older “kids” like Simpsons’ Kearney (who in turn had Kearney Jrs.) Most kids were in and out of grade school after a few years, but these guys were lifers. They sat in the back…
LOL, we had a couple lifers too!
I love the cart of the bus. It’s so true.
