my mom went through a billion diets: no sugar, low calorie, low carb, no carb, low fat, no dairy, partial vegetarian… and the rest of the family had to do it with her or she’d get mad. I knew the local health stores well. she’s sort of a hypochondriac. at least I learned a few things about nutrition, I guess. I don’t thik most of those diets were very good for growing children, I was always so tired
luckily my brother is a few years older than me and he would take me out to get a burger and fries or pizza once in a while 🙂 when my parents/mom went away for a weekend, he’d buy ice cream and soda and chips and stuff and we’d consume it all before they came back
Hey! This would be the first time we see “present Gabe” on the comic, right?
Aw, sorry, this is still little me, dreaming of future sweets! 🙂
It’s almost the opposite to me, I hardly bother with normal “candy” myself, though I’m more addicted to carbs personally.
Yum…carbs…
Its amazing how sometimes a parent’s good intents end up becoming the worst.
I think I’m pretty balanced now though, working hard to stay fit!
