  1. Great strip. My Grandfather is 98 and he’s equally as silly.

It’s cute that kids come up with their own names for people. Nicely done comic.

My Grandfather loved to tinker, fix things, and had a series of unfinished motorcycles he was going to give his Grandsons before he died. He loved everything machien related. He passed in his sleep in 1996.

Aw, sorry to hear that. Glad to see he’s remembered fondly 🙂

I actually never knew my grandfather (on my dads side) and I barely met my other one. However, I was lucky enough to have both my great great grandparents till about 14 years old. My papa lived till 98 and only died from a malpractice and my nana lived till 102. I am extremely lucky but for me, I thought it was the norm to have your GG grandparents around.

Wow! You are lucky! I never even had great grandparents!

  7. Matthew Koh says:

Was he a World War II veteran?

    1. gabe says:

I think so, I know he was in Korea.

Barely knew my grandfather, he died when I was young a couple of years after my grandmother passed away from a heart attack. My fathers parents passed away long before I was born. Heck, my parents divorced when I was 7. I’ve always been a little jealous of folks with big or tight knit families. I used to fantasize about being a part of the Brady Bunch, pre Cousin Oliver years of course.

  9. Derek says:

Well done. I’m sure this would have put a smile on his face.

    1. gabe says:

      Aw! Thanks! 🙂
