I know how you feel. I still don’t like ’em!

Whenever I’m out ordering a hamburger at a restaurant, I always say “Hold the onions!” Cartoons have taught me a lot!

My Mom did the very same thing, but she would put the Onions in my scrambled eggs for breakfast. I hated it when she did that. 🙁

That’s the worst! Eggs are so good as is, no need for stinky onions!

I’m with you, man. Raw onions are awful. I’ve learned to at least tolerate cooked ones, but they need to be really cooked.

    1. gabe says:

I just gave up on onions all together…

Aw man, I love onions. Raw on a BLT is delish. I love me some Garlic too. But much kickin’ bad breath they all give.

    1. gabe says:

Oh man! I love garlic too, but I’m allergic 🙁

This was totally me!! With green peppers & onions both. Sometimes when my dad cooked dinner instead, he thought it funny to see how small he could chop the onions to see if he could trick me into eating them.

I loathe raw onions, especially red onions. It’s up there with bell peppers in my book of things not to eat. Now if they are properly cooked and sauteed then it’s fine.
